Terms of Service.

These terms govern your use of Pako. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're using Pako on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@pako.gg if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pako to store or distribute unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other users at risk.

Your content

You own what you store on Pako. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and serve your content so we can operate the service for you. We don't claim ownership of your work, and we don't use private repositories to train models.

Plans, billing & bandwidth

Pako offers a free tier and paid plans billed per seat plus storage, in euros. Bandwidth (egress) is free on every plan. Paid fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You're responsible for applicable taxes.

Availability

We work hard to keep Pako available and durable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. Specific availability commitments, where offered, are set out in your plan.

Termination

You can stop using Pako and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, giving notice where reasonable. You can export your data before you go.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Pako is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
